Staff Well-Being

Our schools employ leaders who are approachable and adaptable. As a leadership team we are constantly listening to the needs of our teachers. At a time when education is very busy, we are proactive in reducing the burden of bureaucracy. There are many ways we promote staff well-being, including:

  • Termly 'staff appreciation' mornings.

  • Dress down Fridays (casual clothing)

  • Employee assistance programme

  • Social events for staff

  • Open door policy

  • Regular shout outs

We believe that our staff should be happy and well-supported. We have strong Christian values in our schools which shapes relationships and support for each other.
